SLN Credits

SLN credits are New Salon's built-in reward currency. You earn them through invites and referrals, and spend them on invitations or to discount your subscription. They're a limited license right inside the Service — not real money, a security, or a cryptocurrency — but eligible balances can be cashed out under set conditions.

Exchange Rate

SLN credits have a fixed internal value:

We can change this rate with 30 days' notice. Rate changes only apply to future transactions — they never reduce credits you already hold.

Earning Credits

You can earn SLN credits through:

• Signup bonus — New users get a one-time grant of 100 SLN once their email is confirmed.
• Invite rewards — Earn credits when someone you invited hits an activity milestone (for example, publishing a site or upgrading to a paid tier). Amounts are shown on the invite settings page.
• Referral commissions — When someone you referred subscribes to a paid tier, you earn a one-time commission as a percentage of their first subscription payment. This applies to the referred user's first site subscription only. Rates are shown on the referral page.

Earning rates and mechanisms can change at any time, and are always published within the Service.

Spending Credits

You can spend SLN credits on:

• Sending invitations — Each invitation costs a set number of credits and uses one of your invite slots.
• Subscription discounts — Apply credits to reduce a subscription charge, in whole or in part.

Invite slots

Every account has a limited number of invite slots. Sending an invitation costs credits and consumes one slot. You can earn more slots through successful referrals or other platform activities.

Cashing Out

You can request to convert eligible credits to cash, subject to these conditions:

• Minimum: 1,000 SLN (€10.00)
• Frequency: One request per calendar month
• Processing: Manual review, then paid within 14 business days of approval via PayPal or bank transfer
• Verification: We may ask you to verify your identity, especially for amounts over €100 (individually or in aggregate)
• Taxes: You're responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on cashed-out amounts

We may reject or delay a request if we suspect fraud, policy violations, or credits earned through abuse.

Expiry

Credits expire after 24 months of account inactivity (no login). We email a reminder to your registered address at least 30 days before expiry. Once expired, credits can't be restored — so log in occasionally to keep your balance.

Good to Know

• Not transferable — Credits can't be transferred, sold, or traded to other users or third parties. Attempting to do so can result in forfeiture.
• No interest — Credits don't earn interest or appreciate in value.
• Forfeiture — We may forfeit your credits if you breach the Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or manipulate the credit system.

On Account Termination

Changes to the Program

We can modify earning rates, spending options, exchange rates, and cash-out terms with 30 days' notice, or discontinue the SLN system entirely with 60 days' notice. If we discontinue it, you'll have the notice period to spend or cash out eligible credits.
