1. Your Salon.io Account and Site
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under their account. Sites cannot use misleading keywords or trade on others' reputations. Users must immediately report unauthorized access.
2. Responsibility of Contributors
Content creators warrant that their material doesn't infringe third-party rights, contains no malware, isn't spam, and doesn't violate laws or others' privacy. They confirm employer permissions for intellectual property.
3. Content Licensing
Salonio may request a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce and display user content for promotional purposes, requiring prior owner consent.
4. Content Removal Rights
The company reserves the right to refuse or remove objectionable content and terminate user access at its discretion without obligation to provide refunds.
5. Payment and Renewal
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Accounts auto-renew unless canceled before the subscription period ends. Basic/Premium/Business accounts can be canceled with 30 days' written notice.
6. Liability Disclaimers
Salonio disclaims responsibility for user-generated content, linked websites, and DMCA violations. Copyright infringement will result in content removal and potential account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
Salonio retains all trademarks and intellectual property. The company may modify terms at any time.
8. Termination
The company can terminate service immediately, except for VIP accounts requiring 30 days' notice for material breaches.
