Plans & Billing

New Salon uses per-site pricing: every site you create has its own plan and its own subscription. Your account tier is simply the highest plan among your sites.

The five plans

Pro Lifetime is a one-time Founding Member purchase (€399 early bird, €499 after) that includes 2 Pro sites and all Pro features forever, with no recurring charges.

What each plan unlocks

• Free — all layout engines, video uploads (500MB storage), embeds, community support.
• Basic — adds custom domain, site analytics, 2GB storage, and email support.
• Premium — adds 10GB storage, up to 5 groups, removes footer branding, and adds priority support.
• Pro — adds unlimited pages, 50GB storage, up to 15 groups, and the fastest support.

How per-site pricing works

• The first paid site pays full price. Every additional paid site is 50% off that plan's price.
• Plans are non-additive: the number of sites you can create is set by your highest plan, not the sum of your sites.
• Choose Annual billing to save 17% (roughly two months free).

Where to manage plans

Each site is upgraded and managed from its own settings:

1. Open the site, then go to Settings → Plan.
2. The left side shows your current plan, usage meters (Pages, Storage, Custom Domain), and included features.
3. The right side lists All Plans with a Monthly / Annual toggle.

Your account settings → Billing page (Settings → Billing) gives the bird's-eye view: a list of all Your Sites with their plan and price, your estimated monthly cost, and your account tier.

Upgrade a site

On the site's Plan page, in the All Plans list:

1. Pick Monthly or Annual.
2. Press Upgrade (or Subscribe) next to the plan you want.
3. You'll be taken to Stripe Checkout to complete payment.

Prices shown reflect whether this is your first paid site or an additional (half-price) one.

Free 14-day Premium trial

A Free site that hasn't used a trial can press Start 14-Day Premium Trial to unlock Premium features — no credit card required. After 14 days, the site reverts to Free unless you subscribe.

Founding Members

If you own Pro Lifetime, a Free site shows Activate included Pro site when you still have an included Pro slot. This upgrades the site to Pro at no extra cost — no payment required.

Cancel a subscription

On the site's Plan page:

1. Scroll to Cancel subscription.
2. Confirm with Yes, cancel.

Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then the site reverts to Free. The page shows the exact date your access ends.

Reactivate a subscription

If a site is set to cancel, its Plan page shows a Keep Your Plan panel. Press Don't Cancel — Keep My Plan to undo the cancellation. You won't be charged again until your current billing period ends.

Manage billing (Customer Portal)

To update your payment method, view invoices, or change billing details, open your account settings → Billing and press Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where your sites are listed by name.

Pro Lifetime has no recurring charges, so it has no billing portal entry.
