Account Security
Your account settings let you update the email and password you use to sign in. Find them under Settings → Account.
Change your email
The Change Email section shows your Current Email and a field for a new one.
- Enter your new address under New Email.
- Click Update Email.
- Check your new inbox for a verification link and click it to confirm.
Your email only changes once you confirm it from the verification message. Until then, keep using your current email to sign in.
If you've recently changed it, you may need to wait a short cooldown before requesting another change.
Change your password
In the Change Password section:
- Enter a New Password (at least 6 characters).
- Re-enter it under Confirm Password.
- Click Update Password.
Both fields must match. Your password updates immediately, and your current session stays signed in.
Signing in
You sign in with your email and password at the login page. If you forget your password, use the reset password link on the login screen to receive a reset email, then set a new password.
Legacy Salon.io account
If you used the original salon.io, the Legacy Salon.io Account section lets you link that account to carry over your membership history and optionally claim your old username.
