Invites

Anyone can sign up for New Salon directly — no waitlist or approval needed. Once you're a member, you can invite fellow artists to join you, and your invites come with a ready-to-use signup link so they can get started right away.

Inviting other artists

You can invite as many fellow artists as you like from your account settings.

To send one:

Go to Settings → Invite (the Invite Artists panel).
Enter the artist's Email address.
Click Send Invite.

What the recipient gets

Invites you send are pre-approved, so the recipient gets an email with a ready-to-use signup link. They can create their account right away — no waitlist.

Tracking your invites

After you send invites, they appear in the Sent Invites list below the form. Each entry shows:

The email you invited.
A status badge — Pending while the invite is outstanding, or Accepted once the person has joined. Accepted invites show the join date and a link to the new member's profile.
A set of actions (for pending invites only):
- Copy link (the chain icon) — grab the invite link and share it directly, handy if the email gets lost.
- Resend (the refresh icon) — send the invite email again.
- Revoke (the X) — cancel the invite.

A few things to know:

You can't invite an email that already has an account.
You can't send a second invite to the same email — one invite per address. (Use Resend if you just want to nudge an existing invite.)
